Jennifer Hudson – I Got This! Book Giveaway ends 2/20!

 

If you follow my blog then you know that I am working out and trying to get in shape and lose weight.  But most importantly,  to be healthy!    That’s what Jennifer Hudson is telling you to do in this book!  She believes the most important thing in order to lose the weight is being ready mentally and then DO IT!

I thought this was a good read.  I am a fan of Jennifer Hudson so I enjoyed the book.  I liked reading about her younger years,  American Idol days and about starring as Effie in Dream Girls and playing Winnie Mandela.  She really has become a shining star and I love hearing how she has inspired her entire extended family to lose weight!  Even her 76 year old grandma has lost nearly 40lbs!

  49. My favorite healthy snack is to peel & slice up an apple, spread out on plate, sprinkle some cinnimon & microwave for 30 seconds. YUMMY!
